For more than two items, or items above S$50, registered mail is encouraged.

For standard mail, customers will bear responsibility of any loss of items during delivery.

You will receive an email from us once we have mailed your order.

For registered mail, customers will be provided a Singapore Post Registered (RA) Article Number. To check on the status of your item, key in the number in the Singapore Post Article Status Query

Your order will reach you within 10 days (Singapore) or a month (other countries) unless stated otherwise.

 

Purchase Process
After you have placed an order online, you will get an acknowledgment email.
 

Bank Transfer (Singapore customers ONLY)
This option is currently only available for Singapore banks (DBS/POSB).

For internet banking or ATM transfer, please make payment within two days after your order and email us at sales2the9s@gmail.com the following information after payment.

- Name, Amount of payment, Reference number, Date of transfer, Payment method

 

Once the transfer is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Paypal
At check-out, choose the option Paypal and you will be directed to its website for payment. After payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Other Payment Methods
We accept cash payment on-site at private previews and launches only.

 

We reserve the right to release your ordered items if we do not receive payment within 2 days after your order.

We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time.

Non-acceptance of an order may result from one of the following:
 

·         Unavailability of stock for the product ordered

·         Failure to obtain authorisation of payment

·         Mis-publication of product information

 

We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

 

Returns
We are committed to provide you with quality products. In the case of any faulty or wrong items being sent to you, we will do an exchange or refund.

Please email us in case of any error immediately so we can provide an address for you to mail it back to us in saleable condition within 5 days upon receipt of the items.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item does not reach us within the stipulated timeframe or in saleable condition.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out-of-stock items.
